Atradius Crédito y Caución S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, a branch of Atradius Crédito y Caución S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, is responsible for handling complaints in Hong Kong. Please submit your complaint using one of the methods outlined below.
How to Submit a Complaint
You may submit your complaint in writing through any of the following channels:

Information to Include in Your Complaint
To help us process your complaint efficiently, please include at minimum:
- Your insurance contract number and/or claim reference number
- Your full contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address)
- Description of the complaint, including relevant dates, events, and persons involved
- Your relationship with Atradius (e.g., policyholder, beneficiary, third party)
Complaint Handling Process
Upon receipt of your complaint:
- You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt, which may include the name and contact details of the person handling your case.
- We aim to respond to all complaints within 30 calendar days.
- If we are unable to meet this deadline, we will notify you of the reason for the delay and the expected resolution timeframe.
