企業和公共機關維持 ICT 銷售額成長

義大利的 ICT 銷售額在 2020 年下半年和 2021 年均保持穩健成 長,原因在於遠距辦公和電子學習需求提高,企業和員工在數位商 品與服務上的支出也隨之增加。近期支出大增後,消費市場已經達 到一定程度的飽和狀態,加上通貨膨脹率升高導致家庭可支配所得 減少,因此我們預期未來數個月內消費者在 ICT 方面的支出將會趨 緩。不過,企業和公共機關的支出應會繼續成長,其動力在於為推 動國家數位轉型而實施的各項財政紓困措施(復甦和振興方案)。 晶片供應量短缺仍繼續加重產業負擔,但不利影響應會逐漸減 輕。ICT 批發商仍然必須面對供應鏈瓶頸持續存在所致的庫存短 缺問題。

繼 2021 年利潤率增加後,我們預期義大利的 ICT 企業今年的利潤 率仍可保持穩定,因為大部分的公司均得以將半導體、能源和運輸 成本增加的部分轉嫁給一般消費者。但是,ICT 批發和零售細分市 場的高度競爭對利潤率會造成另一股壓力。

ICT 企業普遍有著中度到高度的營運資本需求,銀行也願意貸款給 該產業。ICT 產業平均付款期限在 60 到 120 天之間,情況因各企 業的規模和市場實力而異。該產業過去兩年的付款行為普遍良好。過去 12 個月內,拖延付款和破產的數量並不高。未來十二個月 內,由於企業和公共機關持續投資 ICT,在這股力道的支撐下,兩 者的數量應能保持穩定。

我們對電腦和電信設備及消費電子產品生產商的核保作業普遍保持 開放立場。電子零組件生產商受半導體短缺影響最大,因此我們會 採較中立的態度。ICT 零售細分市場的高度競爭對利潤率造成另一 股壓力,這一點更勝其他子產業。ICT 分銷商嘗試將綜合產品分門 別類,希望能加強其獲利能力。
